Immediately after the end of the Second World War the public started to consider that the world’s ground principles are plain and consistent . Both global politics and social relations were depending on the concepts of development, beneficial change , faith in the rational , enlightenment , hi-tech innovations , and the ability to reason any phenomenon from a rational point of view . Nevertheless , beginning from the second half of the 60’s, the world commenced to degrade and currently , 40 years thereafter , we dwell in a different kind of existence .
